I utilize attachment theory in session with clients as a way to help them draw connections to past critical incidences may be impacting their current life goals, careers, relationships, and overall mental and physical well-being. Along with Attachment theory I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients reframe their negative thinking patterns that influence their mental health. When not working with clients, you can find me drinking coffee, reading, cooking, taking a short run, or listening to music.
