I am a person-centered therapist who specializes in both Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as well as some elements of Narrative Therapy. I use a holistic approach, aiming to help make changes wherever needed in mind or body or spirit, and a sincere therapeutic relationship to assist with a variety of mental health concerns, not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Grief, Addiction, and past or present Traumatic Experiences.
