I am a person-centered therapist who specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), incorporates elements of Narrative Therapy, and is trained in Neurofeedback therapy.

I use a holistic approach, aiming to help make changes wherever needed in mind, body, or spirit, and a sincere therapeutic relationship to assist with a variety of mental health concerns, including Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Grief, Addiction, and past or present Traumatic Experiences.
