Meredith Key is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) who provides trauma-informed therapy with a specialized focus in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She is certified in EMDR with a focus on S.A.F.E. EMDR, a model that integrates principles of attachment theory and somatic awareness into EMDR work, supporting clients in healing at both the emotional and body-based levels.
Meredith holds a Master’s degree (2011) and a Specialist in Education degree (2012) in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University. With a warm and attuned approach, she creates a safe therapeutic environment that supports deep healing and long-term growth.
