Counseling • Coaching • Consulting

Counseling is both a place and a process.  It has its best achievement when there is honesty and trust within a relationship between you and your therapist.  Within the process there can be the development of internal strength that helps you to cope with external stress.  Knowledge and insight are two powerful forces that will help you reach your goals.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia and have had a clinical license since 2008.  Other credentials include:  National Certified Counselor (NCC); Certified

Nan Jackson, LPC, NCC, CPCS, CFRC

Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) and Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC) since.  I have extensive training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Anger Management, and as a Sexual Offender Treatment Specialist.

My main modality for therapy is CBT-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Reality Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.  I am a Christian therapist and believe that if you introduce your faith into counseling, change happens in extraordinary ways.  Thoughts, Feelings, and the Physical Body are all interconnected and therapy should focus on all three to work wholistically.
