Counseling • Coaching • Consulting

As a therapist, I consider myself a generalist, with special interests in attachment and interpersonal process theory. My approach to counseling is based on a foundation of Humanistic Psychology and centers on developing a therapeutic working relationship with the client. In addition to counseling, I have taught graduate courses in Lifespan Development, Group Counseling, Practicum, and Program Evaluation. While at Auburn University, I worked with individuals impacted by sexual assault through the Safe Harbor Advocacy Service, Alcohol & Drug Prevention and served as the Coordinator for the Auburn Recovery Community.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, following the GreenBay Packers, SEC football, Atlanta Braves Baseball and hiking State and National Parks.
